FAQ

How long is therapy?

The length of treatment is based on the client's individualized needs. It can take about 8-12 sessions to learn skills and begin to disrupt patterns for change. However, treatment time varies and is measured against the client's identified treatment goals.

Are telehealth and in-person services available?

Yes, both!

In-person address: 1930 S. Alma School Rd, Suite B210, Mesa, AZ 85210

Telehealth: Clients will receive an email with a link to a HIPPA-compliant telehealth visit. Clients must be in the state of AZ during the appointment.

Is there a late cancellation/no-show policy?

Yes. Please get in touch with Arielle (via email, text, or portal messenger ) at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid the late cancellation/no-show fee. Arielle will charge the entire session fee of $160 for a late cancellation or no-show of an appointment. The policy is in place to allow adequate time for services to be available for clients who need them.

What forms of payment are accepted?

  • Credit + Debit Cards
  • Cash
  • HSA/FSA
